Sessions (12 and 5 Week Sessions ONLY):

Tuition and registration fees are due in full at the time of registration.

Seasonal Students Payment Setup:
(NOT for Sessions)

Auto draft: For tuition, costume, and recital fees. Options: credit card, checking, or savings account. Accounts are auto-drafted on the 25th of each month. The payment is applied to the following month's tuition
I authorize the Academy of Ballet Inc. to charge my account through Wave accounting systems.
NSF Payments: $35 fee for each NSF. After two NSF payments, a $60 fee, and future payments in cash by appointment.
Late Payments: Payments after the 10th incur a $15 late fee.

Please contact academy4ballet@gmail.com for 5 hours and up. The tuition does decrease for those taking 5 hours per week and up.

Seasonal Students
(August-May in the Recital.
NOT for Sessions):

Structure: Tuition is a seasonal/annual fee, paid in full or in 10 installments. Late starts are prorated. Tuition may be paid in full annually or in two payments bi-annually. Full payment receives a 10% discount and Bi-annual receives 5% discount.
If you choose not to do auto-payments and want to pay monthly there is a $5.00 per transaction fee.
Withdrawal Policy: Withdrawals after March 31st incur full tuition for April and May. To stop future payments, withdrawals must be in writing 30 days before the next auto draft.
Make-up Classes: Available within one month of a missed class—no refunds for missed classes.
Holidays/Weather: Not considered missed classes.

POLICIES

AOB SPRING RECITAL 2025

(NOT for Sessions):

Tentative Recital Date: May 9-11, 2025 (classes continue through May 2025).
Participation Requirement: Pay tuition through April and May.
Recital Fee: $185 per dancer or $314.50 per family. Includes space rental, production costs, payroll, and other expenses. This fee will be included in auto-drafted monthly installments, total due by May 1, 2025.
Tickets: Dancers will receive 4 tickets per performer or 6 tickets per family to the performance or performances that they are performing in. These tickets cannot be exchanged for different shows. Extra tickets can be purchased online.
Non-Participation Notification: Inform us ASAP or by October 31st to receive a refund or credit for the recital fee included in your installments.

COSTUME FEES & DRESS CODE

Costume Fees
(NOT for Sessions):

One-time payment
$80-$115 for 1 dance style
$165 for 2 dance styles
$195 for 3 dance styles
Full payment is due by November 15th, 2024.

School Dress Code

Students are required to wear the appropriate clothing and footwear to participate in class. Listed below are requirements for every Academy of Ballet dancer. The link for the dress code will be attached to your class.

Hair must be worn in a bun for all ballet classes. All other classes have hair pulled away from face. Exceptions are made for students with short hair.
A cover-up and street shoes must be worn when entering and leaving the school.
Please put your child’s name on clothing and shoes.

CLASS PLACEMENT

Age levels are used as a guide for placing students; however, adjustments will be made for students with previous training and/or ability to advance. We will use our knowledge and experience to place your child in classes that will provide the best possible training.

CLASS SCHEDULES

We reserve the right to cancel and/or adjust class times and teachers when necessary.
