Classes missed for any reason (ie: sickness, inclement weather, etc.) may be made up. We strongly encourage students to make up missed classes. To get the most from your dance training, we ask that you make up missed classes within one month of the time you were absent.
Tuition is a yearly fee which is divided into equal installments for your convenience. It is not a true monthly payment. Your child will not dance the same number of days each month. If you miss a class, you may make it up, but there is no refund on missed classes. (Holidays are not a missed class).
Payments must be made on a monthly, quarterly or annual basis with payments being due on the first day of the month. Forms of payment are Cash, Checks or Visa, Master Card, Discover. Tuition is not reimbursed for lessons missed. Having consistent attendance is paramount to the students training and learning.
We reserve the right to cancel and/or adjust class times and teachers when necessary.
Age levels are used as a guide for placing students; however, adjustments will be made for students with previous training and/or ability to advance. We will use our knowledge and experience to place your child in classes that will provide the best possible training.
Students are required to wear the appropriate clothing and footwear to participate in class. Listed below are requirements for every Academy if Ballet dancer. Please view the link below for appropriate dance wear and colors by age/dance program.
